Yoga meets mobility for a 1 hour hybrid class filled with dynamic movements, using the breath to help us flow between postures. We will explore traditional vinyasa style yoga poses, whilst combining flexibility and strength to move through a range of motion.
This class is designed to help you improve strength, stamina, posture and flexibility, increase your overall range of motion (mobility) within the body, and increase your awareness of the breath as well as your body's positions and movements.
You can expect to come away from the class feeling relaxed & restored, with a longing for more.
This class is suitable for all levels and abilities, with plenty of modification provided throughout making it appropriate for every(body).

- This class is held at Menevia Spa, 42 Goat St, St Davids, Haverfordwest, SA62 6RQ.
- Any cancellations must be given with plenty of notice. At least 24 hours for a full refund. At least 12 hours for a partial refund (50%). No refund will be given with less than 12 hours notice.
